  This office is absolutely pleasant. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Regarding the other comments, I guess when you're a miserable person you have miserable experiences. Mine was great.

  I called at 04:28 , when the machine clearly says call before 04:30 to turn power on, and they push it to the next day. Then the next day I’m charged $110, and I still don’t have water. So why am I being charged “same day” when it’s clearly not conneted same day, or even next day.
