  This was my first apartment and it was perfect. Mrs. Shonagh, the apartment manager, was very nice, understanding, and helpful the whole time. She took the time to get to know us on a personal basis even with all the tenants and applicants she deals with. The rent is very reasonable and the community is quiet. I felt we definitely had our privacy. The only time anyone came in was when we requested. The maintenance worker, Olvin, was very friendly. He would always wave, say hello, or ask how we were doing. I would definitely recommend thsee apartments.

  The property manager Shonagh is really nice. If you're trying to get to the office though they're only open MWF normal business hours and you work normal business hours prepare to never go to the office if you have a problem. Pretty much just call and leave a message. The pet deposit is superrrr high so if you want a pet just don't. Roommate lost us almost all of our deposit. Had a bit of a bug prob since it's very wet around the area. Property manager sent someone out really quickly but it happened twice. Come with bug spray. Lived there almost three years, overall nice but it is kind of expensive.
