  This is a review for MSTAFF INC. out of Lillington N.C.
  It is a heating and A/C company but from my experience that is questionable.
  Our A/C went out on Tuesday 8/27/2013 on Wednesday 8/28/2013 the first service tech arrived without the most common thing on his truck FREON it is used in everything from cars to refrigerators and is the most common problem when A/C units aren’t cooling. Then on Thursday 8/29/2013 the same tech showed up that morning with pieces of cans of Freon hoping to have enough didn’t work he left. We then called to see what was going on and get this (it was always us contacting them they NEVER initiated contact with us). We were told another tech would be out to us that afternoon. The new service tech showed up at 4:00 pm 6 hours after the other tech left. He proceeded to check the system thoroughly and found that a valve on the A-coil was bad and we had a Freon leak somewhere on the backside of the A-coil. He left at 5:00 pm telling us that the A-coil needed replacing and he would notify his office in the morning. The reason for that is their hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Mon. thru Fri. He said we would receive a call Friday morning 8/30/2013 to update us on what was next. No call by 1:00 pm Friday so we called them. Kevin answers the phone and tells us he can’t find the part but then said he needed the model # and serial # of the unit. Shouldn’t they have already gotten that? We got the info plus more than that for him. We have not heard a word from anyone since. No updates, No info, No contact. We have called their afterhours number left 2 messages, emailed and faxed on Friday evening no response. We have done the same thing on Saturday 8/31/2013 still no response. All we were asking for was to be kept in the loop so we would know what’s going on and what to expect and when. Instead we were left in THE DARK. So here I sit Sunday 9/1/2013 still no response from the company and 3 days wasted from my job with no resolution in sight, warning everyone who reads this to stay away from this company MSTAFF INC. Heating and A/C at ALL COST.
